Return & Exchange Policy
We ONLY ACCEPT returns of certain products which caused by the products of Kingsway Beauty and third-party transportation companies, including:
1. Any product that is damaged, is leaked, is defective, is missing parts or is incorrect.
2. Any product that is not matched with ordered color, size or model
3. Any product that is already expired.
Return & Exchange Procedures
If any product meets the above return policy, please be sure to return the products to us within 7 days (according to the received date), and the products return application after 7 days will not be accepted.
Please note that we must check and verify the products before returning and exchange. If the situation is found to be inconsistent with our return & exchange policy, all goods will not be returned, and Kingsway Beauty will not be responsible for returning the goods.
Please contact us as soon as possible, and please properly package the defective, damaged or incorrect product and attach the delivery note to us.

We will arrange to ship the goods again according to the delivery method of your order, and will not add any shipping charges.
In case the returned goods have been sold out, we will refund to you in the original payment.
